Immovable Heart

Oh, heart
Can I not replace you?
For you are no good to me now

Circumstances changed
Life goes on
But you do not

So much of what I do now
Centers around you
My will is but your slave

I push and I pull
But you do not budge
I gaze at your steadfastness
And am haunted by the mystery
